TWO RESIDENTS DROWNED. EXTENSIVE DAMAGE. MANY HOUSER SUBMERGED. -SYDNEY, July 2. North Coast floods ..../e claimed two victims. Roy Ward, of Bangalow, has been missing since Saturday. His horse and cart were found in twelve feet of water. Jean McLean, of Codrington, disappeared yesterday. Her horse was found drowned. The flood waters at Lismore are now receding. Many houses are still submerged and the crops have been ruined. The town of Oodrington may have to be rebuilt.—(Australian Press Association.)
