DODGE & CHRYSLER COMPANIES COMBINED. (Received Wednesday,' 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, May 30. The third largest automobile company in North America has been formed by the fusion of the Dodge and Chrysler motor companies. Th& Chrysler Company has absorbed the Dodge stock at a value of 113,000,000 dollars, which is 33,000,000 less than the Dillon Read Company paid Dodge Brothers for it three years ago.—(Australian Press Association.)
