AMANULLAH AND THE TURKS. LONDON, May 20. The Constantinople correspondent of “The Times” states that Their Afghan Majesties arrived from Sevastopol, escorted by destroyers, and were met by cruisers, torpedo boats, and seven airplanes at the entrance to the Bosphorous. Large crowds collected and cheered on the shores. King Amanullah alluded with affection to the two countries, the Afghans regarding the Turks as brothers.—(“.Times” cable.)
