REPORTED CURE FOR ANAEMIA. AMERICAN EXPERIMENTS. (Received Thursday, 7 p.m.) NEW YORK, April 20. High medical authorities are hopeful that anaemia has been practically conquered, the new cure consisting of a serum extract of beef and liver. Experiments extending over several years have resulted in the successful treatment of 90 out of 109 patients. It is expected that the serum will soon be distributed under similar conditions as insulin.—(“Sydney Sun.”)
