FLOODS IN INDIA.
PRISONERS RELEASED. DELHI, October 4. Over two hundred lives were lost in floods at Manola, in the Central Provinces. . The floods rose with great rapidity, and many houses were washed away. The gaol was opened, and the prisoners given their liberty, and told to save themselves.— (A. ami N.Z.)
