TILBURY DOCKS AT STANDSTILL. LONDON, October 4. The loading and unloading of twelve vessels was practically brought to a standstill by the lightning. strike of two thousand Tilbury dockers, airegdrtly because the authorities tanned union representatives from entering tfie docks.—(Sydney “Sun.”)
