STATE OF SIEGE PROCLAIMED. MANY ARRESTS. (Received Sunday* 11.5 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, August 8. — The “Berlingske Tidendc’s” Warsaw correspondent states that a military revolt has broken out in Leningrad and Kronstadt. The Government buildings have been occupied. A state of siege has been proclaimed. Secret police are very ‘active.
