TO INCLUDE COASTAL SEAMEN. N.S.W. CABINET DECISION. (Received 8.30 p.m.) SYDNEY,Jan. 6.—Cabinet has decided to amend the 44 Hours Week Act to include coastal seamen. This clause was previously deleted by the Legislative Council. Unions l which, before the introduction of the Act, worked 44 hours, are now considering appealing to the Arbitration Court for a 40 hours weekly. -(P.A.)
