HUNGARIAN SENSATION.

A PRINCE ARRESTED. ALLEGED PLAN TO PLACE OTTO , ON THRONE. (Received Tuesday, 11.55 p.m.) BUDAPEST, Jan. 4. —Arising out of disclosures of extensive forgeries of French bank notes, Prince Louis of Windeschgraetz has been arrested for alleged complicity. His secretary, Raba, was arrested some days ago. The theory is that the forgers hoped to create a financial panic, during which a monarchist coup would be brought off for the restoration of Prince Otto, son of Emperor Charles, to the throne.—(A. and N.Z.)
