A 75-vcar convention has been signed Iretyeen the Turkish Petroleum Company and the Government of Irak. Participation in the Turkish Petroleum Company is divided equally between four groups, with a combined capital of £1,000,000,000, namely: (1) Anglo-Persian Oil Company, (2) itoyal Dutch Shell, (3) seven principal Ameirican companies, (4) 67 French companies. The chairman shall be British.
