PALMERSTON N, March 17.— Much public discussion has resulted in the allegation that the authorities of the Roman Catholic Church in Palmerston North have been defying the health regulations prohibiting the attendance of children under 16 at services. A tally taken on Sunday by a number of persons showed that 130 children, said to be obviously under 16 years of age, were in the building at one time. «.
