Summerville, £2 13/5; Donald and Sons, Ltd., v. E. Harrison, £6 6/6; H. L. Esau v. M. M. Asher, £9 19/3; John Pomeroy v. Ratimi Maaka,£9 19/6. Lice-infected Sheep.
For exposing lice-infected sheep for sale at tho Columba road yards F. W. Bartholomew and R. O. Smith were each fined £2 and 7/ costs and Rigg Bros, and J. H. Percy each £5 and 7/ costs.
