KURDISH REBELS STILL ACTIVE. HEAVY FIGHTING REPORTED. LONDON, March 11.— The “Times’s" Constantinople correspondent says that the Kurdish revolt appears to have broken out afresh. There was sharp fighting round Diarbekir. The rebels advanced in three columns, totalling 5000 men, led by the Sheik Said. One column penetrated to town but was eventually expelled. Elsewhere the attacks failed. There were considerable rebel casualties, | ■.< Documents found showed the intention to proclaim the Kingdom ef Kurdistan after the capture of the town. The Government is sending reinforcements. The rebels seem to be a stronger organisation than was at first realised
