BIGGEST IN AUSTRALASIA. (Received 7.5 p.m.) Sydney, March 13.—Mr Dooley (Premier) laid the foundation stone of a new Government Savings Bank building, which will be the largest banking premises in the southern hemisphere. The building runs through from Castlereagh street (where it has a frontage of 235 feet)’to Elizabeth street (with a frontage of 216 feet and a height of 160 feet).
