N. Z. CHAMPION TEAM. The Welington team to compete at the New Zealand amateur athletic championships at Christchurch on Friday and Saturday has left for the south. The representatives and the events in which they will compete are as follow:—H. E. Wilson (100yds., 220yds, 120yds hurdles), L. A. Tracy (100yds, 220yds, 440yds), W. Candy (220yds, 440yds), F. Sutherland (high jump, javelin, j.ole vault, long jump, hop, step, and jump), J. Me Holm (hammer, shot, and discus.) P. Munro (shot, discus, hammer, and javelin), J. McKenzie (walks). F. C Hiekling (walks), and G. Ha.voy (polo Nault). Mr. L. McKay will act aa manager. I Carringto i, H. C. Whyte, and H. Wilkins are accompanying O.e team.
