EXCELSIOR CLUB. The following will represent the above club’s A team in their match against Carterton for the Bannin Shield, to be played at Carrington Park to-morrow: —Goal, W. Harding; full-backs, L. Person, W. Davies, halves, S. Burnip, W. Flaws, W. Pannell; forwards, D. White, A. Thompson, R. Foster, Geo. Barr, Williams. A return match is being arranged to play Lower Hutt Valley Club at Lower Hutt on August 13, and members willing to travel are request e l to hand their names to the secretary at cnee.
