ANNUAL CONFERENCE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) . AUCKLAND, Last Night. The Dominion Conference of the Victoria League opened this morning. The delegates were welcomed by the Mayor. Conference referred to the Acjyeory Executive the best means of bringing members together and keeping the League up to date. It approved a Wellington remit to formulate a plan to keep in touch vfith the wives o'f soldiers n\arried overseas. It ftas resolved to write to the High Commissioner that the League,,was wiling to provide a home centre for girl immigrants.
