Election Declared Void.

NO DISABILITY AGAINST MR. MASTERS. * STRATFORD, Last Night. Tho Election Court delivered its judgment this afternoon in tho Stratford petition case. It held that there was no corrupt practice regarding the supply of music on October 30, and music and pictures on December IG. ' It held that the supply of pictures and music on December 16 constituted an illegal practice, and the Court had no option but to declare the election void. It decided that' no disability be imposed on Mr. Masters, the elected member. "We aro of opinion, the Court said, '/that he was guilty of no corrupt practice, and the illegal practice was done openly, without any idea that he was violating On law."
