Special articles in the press,have drawn the Government's attention to the disastrous 'drought in northern parts ei the State. A Farmers' Relief Bill is being introduced iu the Assembly next week, providing for a moratorium under certain conditions. A sum of £120,000 has already been advanced to necessitous farmers.
