JOURNAL OF SCIENCE.
It is with very great pleasure that we wok-owe into the field of literature. "The X.Z. Journal of Science and Technology." This journal is intended to disseminate information to the various forms of science affecting the Dominion, and to stimulate intercut in scientific research. A more worthy object couid scarcely be conceived. The first number of the "Journal" contains articles of a most instructive character from the pens of some of our leading scientists. They are valuable to the fanner, the industrialist, and the mechanic, and .should be widely read and appreciated. The "Journal ol Science'' should find a place in every public library of the Dominion, and should be made available to the advanced students in the whole of our primary schools. We know of no publication which possesses a wider scope for the dissemination of knowledge than.that under notice.
