It must come as a relief to the people of New Zealand to learn that the Hon. William Frasor has boon created a Kniglit Bachelor. .Henceforth we must speak of him as "Sir Willian." So also is it with Sir Somebody Sinclair. The latter is .probably -not well known to New Zealand. He was a maifbor o the Legislative Council. Ile went out, Jilso, to discover the commercial relationishp "between"' the world and tin's particular portion of the planet, Oonsoqiiojitly he is Sir Somebody Sinclair. Mad anybody else done the same thing in half the' time, ho. would have been plain Mr Smith. But there it is.
