EXPLOSIVE BULLETS.

Prui.ce Nicholas, of Russia, owing to Polish Sokolow's disloyalty and use of explosive bullets, has decided to treat the inhabitants as criminals under military law. [Sokolow is a town on the east of Hussian Poland. The German element in Poland lias been increasing both, in numbers and influence for many years past, especially round Lodz and throughout the governments west of the Vi%stula—Plock, Kalisz, and Warsaw. Nearly a million Poles emigrate temporarily to Germany every year in quest of work, chiefly harvesting. ]
