ATROCITIES DENED
(Received Last Night, 11.55 o'clock.) BERLN, Sept. 1.
The War Office has forbidden the publication of further casualty lists. The Commander-in-Chief, General Von Moltke, denies that the troops have committed atrocities. Where hard measures have been taken, they have been provoked by the participation of. the civil population, including women.
