VICEROY OF INDIA.
PROTECTION AGAINST BOMBTHROWERS. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) CALCUTTA, Nov. 22. In view of the early visit to this city of the Viceroy (Lord -Hardinge), the police are searching for the Anarchist SeasJiankar. _ They have arrested three Bengalis, and seized part-ly-finished bombs,' similar' to those used against the Viceroy on the occasion of his visit tot Delhi.
AN IMPORTANT ACHIEVEMENT. CLUE TO ANARCHIST CONSPIRACY. (Received Last Nicht, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON; Nov. 22. The Daily Telegraph's Calcutta correspondent states that Seashankar rented a room for the three Bengalis, who are apparently visitors, and are alleged to be anarchists. The discovery otf the plot is considered to be. the most important police achievement for years. The Director of' the Criminal Investigation Department believes that the results of the raid will support the theory that the plot and homba were made in Bengal, but nnknohvn outsiders were engaged to throw the missiles. A search revealed four bomb cases, with fusing •implements and the materials to finish them.
