The Daily Mail's Vienna correspondent confirms many recent rumours that King Ferdinand of Bulgaria intends abdicating the throne. There is much excitement in Sofia. Prince Boris, the Heir Apparent, has left the capital, it. is believed owing to the receipt of threatening letters. '. King Ferdinand's unpopularity is increasing, owing to the failure to secure Austria's support. ■ "To be let" placards are posted outside the Palace.
