FIFTY PERSONS KILLED. WORK OF MEXICAN REBELS. (Received Last Night, 10.35 o'clock.) MEXICO CITY. Sept. 23. Dynamite in the mines was exploded by electricity and wrecked a train carrying Federal soldiers and a number of passengers near Vinegras. Forty soldiers and ten passengers were blown to pieces. The bodies were afterwards robbed. It is believed the outrage was due to the rebels.
