GRAPE HARVEST RULNED. (Received Last Night, 10.25 o'clock.) PARIS, Sept. 23. ' Rainstorms almost ruined the Oacon grape harvest, which is one of the most important in France. The yield in many Bergundy districts does not exceed one-tenth of the normal yield.
