Government bonus upon the manufacture of the by-products of (the dairy. Mr Nathan stated that the casein from milk was'a valuable product, and Bhou/ld not Ibe allowed to go to waste, as at present. Thousands of pounds were, lie isaid, being sacri- , ficed every year for the /sake of the perk industry, wlhicli did not really " exist. Mr Nathan urged that quiries should be made, and that farmers, should take & lesson from Holland, Switzerland, and other countries. , *
