HIS MAIN FUNCTION IS TO RESIST THE CLAMOURS OF EDUCATION BOARDS. By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, February 4. The Minister for Education {the Hon. G. Fowlds), who is on a visit here, spent the morning listening to requests for more school accommodation in various districts, he incidentally said that his main function was to resist Education Boards when they clamoured for money.
