The culvert under the Aberdare railway has been blown up by dynamite. The line is the property of the Aberdare Colliery Company, and the outrage occurred between the North Caledonia stations. The culvert is completely wrecked, and two pairs of rails are blown out. The motive is supposed to be to stop the carriage of coal from the Bellbird Colliery, near Cessnock, which is being loa&ed by free labour. THE CHARGES AGAINST BOWLING. Received February 4, 11.5 p.m.. SYDNEY, February 4' The conspiracy charges against Bowling and othera have been postponed to Monday, owing tc the illnessof Brennan,. one of the accused. TWO DELEGATES GAULED.. Received February 5, 1.15 a.m. SYDNEY, February 4. Two of the miners' delegates recently fined one hundred pounds have been lodged in gaol for not faying the fine.
