A QUEER EXPERIENCE.
SYDNEY, March 6. Mr W. S. Percy, the well-known actor, was compelled to act an unusual role, consequent on receiving a summons to attend before the Master in Lunacy, and state the amount he was prepaid to contribute towards the support of the inmate of an asylum who claimed to be his mother.
Mr Percy, who had a similar experience some years ago, proved that his mother had died sixteen years ago.
