SCOTTISH UNION AND COLONIAL TOURS. Received March 7, 4.30 p.m. LONDON, March 6. The members of the Scottish Football Union have resolved not to participate in any colonial tour unless it is managed by a committee on which England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales are equally represented. They also decline to associate themselves with any New Zealand tour until the details of the gates of the New Zealand team's tour in 1905 are supplied, and the accounts of the Anglo-Welsh tour of Australasia in 1908 are published.
