INTER-IMPERIAL POSTAL CONFERENCE. RECOMMENDED BY CHAMBERS o*' COMMERCE. Received March 7, 4.30 p.m. LONDON, March 6. The Associated Chambers of Commerce have recommended the holding of an ioter-Imperial Postal Conference to consider the question of cheaper cablegrams and concert measures in connection with wider recognition in the policy of Stateowned and controlled cables respect ing private rights.
