LATE LADY CLARKE.

MESSAGES OF CONDOLENCE. Received January 12, 5.5 a.m. LONDON, January 11. King Edward and Viscount Morley (Secretary of State for India) condoled with Sir Ueorga Sydenham Clarke (Governor of Bombay) on the death of his wife. A movement has been started in Bombay to provide a memorial to Lady Clarke in the shape of some work amongst the poor.
