STATE INSPECTION JUST COMPLETED. Received November 30, 9 a.m. NEW YORK, November 29. An iron cage was blown 300 feet from the pithead at the Mirianna mine. A thin cloud of smoke is now issuing from both shafts. The heat compelled the firs'; rescue party to return to the surface. A State inspector completed a two days' examination of the mine three minutes before the explosion, and found everything in perfect order.
