■» r On Friday evening next Mr Allan Hamilton will introduce to Masterton play-goers his new dramatic company. The company will play a season ot two nights, opening- with the popular comedy drama "A Message from Mars," the performing rights of which for New Zealand Mr Hamilton has secured from Mr Charles Hawtrey, of the Vaudeville Theatre, London. It. was originally intended to open the season with "Home, Sweet Home," a drama that has had a remarkable "run" wherever produced in the dominion, but owing to the difficulty in transporting r.he scenery required the piece cannot be staged till the following night. The box plan for the season will open at Miss A. E. Rive's on Tuesday morning.
