THE ARCTIC'S CRUISE.
Eeceived November 26, 9 a.rn, OTTAWA, November 25. Oaptain Bernier, of the Dominion Government steamer Arctic, has taken possession of eight islonds for Canada. He also discovered a new channel sixtyfive miles long, and visited Melville Island, where the crew of the Arctic restored Franklin's monumont.
