MOROCCO.
MOORa MOBILISING. Received October 17, 8.40 a.ra. MOROCCO, Ootober 16. There are ominous reports that the Moors are mobilising at TaQlet, In the south-east of Morocco, against the French posts in South Beohar and 'lagesit. The Sultan*s cousin is preaching a "jehnd" (holy war) against France. An attack is expected in November. The General commanding in Algeria has applied for leave to take , fresh measures to protect Algerian territory.
