A BANK FAILURE.
NEW YORK, Ootober 13,
Ihe J. M. Geballos Company, bankers of New York, has failed. Its liabilities amount to £BOO,OOO sterling. The directors blame Manuel Silvena, a Cuban agent, who is alleged to have gone to Venezuela, aboard a cattle-boat, with £200,000. Two ships with detectives on board are pursuing liira.
