THE ELECTION'S. MINISTRY RETURNED. Received September 21, 8.5 a.m. PIETERMARITZBUBG, Sept. 20. At the Natal elections'the Hon. 0. J. Smyth, the Premier, headed the poll. All the Ministers were returned, and the bulk of the candidates who were opposed to union with the Transvaal. Durban and Ladysmith each returned one Labour rrieffiber. Received September t : 21,'11.21 p.m. PIETERMARI'i'ZBURG, Sept. 21. Mir Deane has been elected for Umooti County, defeating Colonel Leuobars. Twenty-three candidates who are more or less opposed to the Government, eleven Ministerialists, and nine true Independents, have been elected.
