The St. Peterpburg • correspondent of the Daily Express says the Czar did not return to attend General Trepoff's funeral, because a servant employed in the Imperial Pdace at Peterbof oonfessed that terrorists had bribed some of the Palaoe servants to admit a bomb, with whloh it was mtendei to execute His Majesty if he attended the funeral. An officer implicated in the plot committee 4 , suicide. A COIiONEL SHOT. Reoeived September 21, 8.8 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 20. M. Nioolae?, an artillery colonel, was shot dead while walking in a street in Warsaw. The assaaain soaped. JEWS RETALIATE. Received September 21, 9.30 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 21. • A party of Jews, at Odessa, retaliating an attack, wounded two members belonging to the Union of the Russian People. The rest of the gang dispersed.
