DUNEDIN, August 20. At the Supreme Court, to-day. John Sharp was found guilty of an indecent assault on a young girl, and Kobert Matthewson Gooch pleaded guilty to a similar offence. Sentence in each case was deferred. EJgar Turner was found guilty of forgery with a strong recommendation to tneroy on account of the small sum involved and of the man's large family. Prisoner had cabled to a firm in Sydney in the name of a partner in the firm asking that £ls be forwarded, and when the cable authority came back he secured the money.
