Received August 19, 4,38 p.m. LONDON, August 18. The Weedly Annual Review of produce and trade says that it is disappointing to find so little real advance in the quality of Victorian and other Australian butters. Government grading may cause an improvement, but hitherto it has not been well done. There would be no satisfactory result until it was made compulsory. The outlook for the season was veiy favourable, aod last year's prices were likely to he exceeded.
