TROTTING.
At a meeting of the New Zealand Trotting t-.ssociation in Chr'stchurch, on Weduesday night, the President stated in regard to the proposed exhibition meeting that as the New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Glut) intended to give £5,000 for a four days' meeting in November, be bonsidered tbera was no need to take any further action. .The association decided in vew of the Metropolitan Club's proposal not to proceed further in the matter.
