PROPOSED JEWISH COLONY.
Reoeived August 2, 8.41 a.m. LONDON, August 1. Reuters' Johannesburg coirespondent reports that at a meeting of two tbousaud Rand Jews a resolution was adopted in favour of an autonomous Jewish colony in British East Africa, as the only way to secure the freedom of Russian Jews. Lord Sel borne, High CDmmissioner for South Africa wrote, expressing his deepest indignation at the uuparalleled horrors of the Russian massacres.
