Received June 25, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, June 24. The balance-sheet of the National Bank of New Zealand shows a profit of £76,167. The report reonmmends a dividend of 10 per bent and bonus of 2 per oent. The amount oarried to Jjthe reserve'fund is £20,000; to the premises account £IO,OOO, bonus to staff and pensions £7,000, oarried forward £9,167.
