CHARGES AGAINST MEMBERS OF THE DUMA.
Received June 13, 8.42 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, June 12. The newspaper Novoe Vremya states that the Government intends to arraign ten members of the Duma who s'gned the Labour manifesto on the ground that they were inciting the masses against the Government.
Two soldiers who were patrolling in the city of Warsaw were shot dead.
