NATAL.
WARLIKE NATIVE PREPARATIONS. MILITIA RESERVES SUMMONED. Received April 21, 8 30 a.m. PIETERMARITZBURG, April 23. The natives declare that the armed members of the chief Mapmulo's tribe are going to join the neighbouring Sigamnudi tribe under the chief Ndube, and that they have been "doctored," or prepared for war. The Natal Premier has summoned two hundred militia reserves from eicb magistracy in the northern districts to assist in the operations in Zululand. The services of a thousand mounted natives who volunteered have been accepted, and they are being oonoentrated at Edondale and Ladysmith under experienced oolonists.
