DISCONTENT ON BRITISH WARSHIP.

SEVERAL MEN ARRESTED. Received February 2, 8.45 a.m LONDON, February 1. The Malta correspondent of the Daily Mail states that there is discontent among a section on board the British armoured nruiser Carnarvon (10,850 tons, having a complement of 800 men). The trouble, states the correspondent, culminated in several of the men throwing overboard the aiming sights belonging to the six-inch guns. Several arrests have been made.
