ANKUtAL REPORT. Following is the report and balancesheet to bo presented at Friday might's ineoUng of subscribers : " lour Committee beg to present the 45th annual report and valancesheet for the year ended 31 et December, IUI3. '' The revenue from all sources amounted to £lO2 10s 2d, an inereise of £'J 2s 4d on the income received last year. This increase is wholly due to money received from members' subscriptions. The revenue received from memlhers' subscriptions amounted to Jdlti 12s (id, an increase from this source of £lO 3s, from last year; and I his result is very satisfactory when compared with the gradual decline in subscriptions that has taken place for a number of years. During ike year your Committee made a special effort to increase the number of subscribers and the above result is no doubt mainly -*iue to that effort. There is still room for an improvement in the number of subscribers, espesially in the outlying districts where the number is small. !
